If you watched Ronda Rousey fight during UFC 175, you’ll know there wasn’t very much fight at all. In a matter of 16 seconds it looked like Rousey simply through a few punches, grabbed a hold of the challenger Alexis Davis, and let her fist have a quick chat with her face.
What else did you expect? Was it even fair? It really looked like Davis wasn’t ready for any of what Rousey had to bring. Right after that moment of a fight, Joe Rogan put Rousey on the spot with an unexpected question. Rogan asked if Rousey would headline the very next PPV, UFC 176 now that Jose Aldo is out due to injury.
What seemed to be the quick decision of the production team, Rousey answered the question with a non committing response. Immediately after the interview we see a very upset Dana White walk up to Rousey and Apologize.
In this clip it appears as though Dana White is apologizing for what Joe Rogan did, and is telling her not to worry about fighting next month. Then you see Joe Rogan put his hand on Dana White’s shoulder as a means to calm him down.
Afterwards many spectators and media tweeted about an even bigger fight between Dana White and the Production team. It seems as they are really trying to milk this Rousey train as long as they can.
