At UFC 190 Brazilian Heavyweight legend and TUF Brazil 4 coach Antonio “Minotauro” Nogueira (34-9-1) will take on Holland’s Stefan “Skyscraper” Struve (27-5).
Nogueira has been out of action for 16 months recovering from a torn ACL. Nogueira 2-3 in his last 5 fights and is coming off back to back losses to Fabricio Werdum (SUB) and Roy Nelson (KO).
Struve has spent the last few years trying to get a heart condition under control. Since a 4 fight win streak Struve has lost hist last 2 fight to Mark Hunt (TKO) on 3-03-2013 and to Alistair Overeem (KO) on 12-13-2014.
UFC Fight Night 190 is on August 1st at the HSBC Arena in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil; and is headlined by Bethe Correia challenging Ronda Rousey fro the UFC Woman’s Bantamweight World Title.
