Wow what an amazing event, if you saw shots of the stadium you will know it was huge. Around 30,000 fans watched eagerly to see who will be the next to face the champion. Anthony “Rumble” Johnson took the light heavyweight division by storm with his absolute destruction of Alexander “The Mauler” Gustafsson. The fans were impressed by how fair the judging was, however there were some ref calls that got some people riled up. If you don’t think Rumble has a good chance at the title, you must have watched the wrong fight. He put Gustafsson away at 2:15 in the first round after a barrage of punches that may have went on a bit too long. When Jon Jones met Alexander Gustafsson it was a close 5 round battle that many believe The Mauler won. Anthony Johnson made beating Gustafsson look easy. If he can bring that ridiculous power and precision to a bout with Bones, he may be able to take his belt.
