Each of these workouts are scientifically scheduled on the workout calender that you choose. You can supplement some of your workout days with light cardio, and double up on some of the workout routines if you want. For most of these Rushfit DVDs you will only need a small set of weights, and the other don’t require anything. These DVDs are setup with about a 10 minute warmup and a 6 minute cool down which is really nice for recovery and avoiding soreness. The workouts are set up in 5 minute rounds with a 1 minute break in between just like a UFC Championship title fight. It’s nice that you can pause the the videos whenever you need to.
